For The Records: Teams in State Play-Offs (WINTER)

Wrestling: The wrestling team had three wrestlers that qualified for the state meet this year; seniors, David Nelson and Brady Dooley along with junior Austin Long. Dooley and Long were both wildcards going into the state meet and Nelson was ranked third in his weight class, going into the meet. Nelson finished second in state overall in the 132 pound weight class. Long finished sixth in his 145 pound weight class and Dooley lost in the first round. According to Dooley though, he was still happy to make it as far as he did his senior year.

Girls Swimming: Sophomore Tiffany Mosher was the only female swimmer to make it to state this year. Out of all four of her events she went to state to compete in 100 meter butterfly and 50 meter freestyle. She was a wild card freestyler. Overall Mosher finished 15th in the 100 meter butterfly and was a competitor in the 50 meter freestyle.

Boys Swimming: Junior Duncan Parsons was first in Districts for his 500 meter freestyle, meaning that he was a competitor in the State tournament. Senior Ryan Jacobs took eleventh in his 100 meter backstroke event at State. Lastly the boys took home fifteenth place at State for their 200 meter medley relay, the relay team consisted of Jacobs, Senior Dalton Boyles as well as juniors Clay Hoffman and Logan Colson, their time was 1:45.96.
